SINGLE TOOTH IMPLANT
Dental implants are quite simply the best way to replace a missing tooth. A dental implant replaces both the lost natural tooth and its root. In addition to looking and functioning like a natural tooth, a dental implant replaces a single tooth without sacrificing the health of neighbouring teeth.
IMPLANTS FOR MISSING TEETH
If you are missing several teeth, implant-supported bridges or dentures can replace them. Dental implants provide several advantages over other teeth replacement options. In addition to looking and functioning like natural teeth, implant-supported bridges replace teeth without support from adjacent natural teeth. Other common treatments for the loss of several teeth, such as fixed bridges or removable partial dentures, are dependent on support from adjacent teeth.
Because implant-supported bridges will replace some of your tooth roots, your bone is better preserved.
IMPLANT OVER DENTURE
An implant over denture fits over your own remaining natural teeth roots or dental implants that have been installed by your dental clinician. The retained root or implant provides you with excellent stability and support for your denture implants.
Unlike traditional dentures, root-supported or implant-supported overdentures or implant dentures are held in place by dental attachments which provide the retentive strength that you desire. An attachment retained implant overdenture will provide maximum retention, increase in function, and added health benefits.
TEETH IN A DAY
Teeth in a day is a method of dental implant treatment that allows a patient to get a full fixed set of upper teeth on dental implants in around six hours.
This can work even when there is little bone available because it utilises angled implant components, so that implants can be placed where there is bone available. An advanced connection system allows us to create a strong durable bridge that can last for many years in excellent condition, without the need to replace it with a new one, a few months later.

Ali qualified in 1998 from Alexandria University, Egypt. He then underwent training in oral surgery at hospital posts in the UK followed by a teaching post at Kings College Hospital. Following this, he trained in Implant Dentistry at Guy’s Hospital, King’s College, under the tutelage of Professor Richard Palmer and his team, being awarded the Master’s Degree in Implant Dentistry in 2007. He has also undergone further training in France, Sweden and Germany, learning advanced implantology from some of Europe’s most prominent specialists. He also teaches implant and advanced bone regenerative surgery at various locations, including for a private course at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Am I suitable for Dental Implants?
- There are very few reasons why you are not clinically eligible for having dental implants. The only real condition which will not allow an implant to be placed is if you are taking or have had a particular medication, Bisphosphonates, (an anti-osteoporosis drug), if you have never heard of it, then you probably have not had it.
- As soon as your jaw has stopped developing (around seventeen years old), then you are a candidate for implants.
- Lacking bone in an area is not usually a problem in placing implants, as there are many techniques to solve this limitation.
- As with any dental structure, good dental hygiene must be maintained at all times.
-Smoking does reduce the life expectancy of any dental structure and implants are no different.

Unlike other parts of dentistry, implant dentistry involves working with healthy tissues only, this means tissues are able to adapt and heal very quickly, resulting in a painless experience.
