In light of the current situation with the coronavirus which is now a global epidemic, we would like to update you on measures being taken at the Regency House Dental Clinic to ensure the safety of patients, staff and the general public.

We are all following guidelines and advice and we are sure that you are doing the same. In addition please note the following:

1- The practice is still operating at regular hours.

2- We have made available at reception hand gel and antimicrobial hand sprays.

3- Our surgeries and main reception areas are being wiped clean with antiviral clothes every 20-30 minutes regardless of who has been in these zones.

4- We are offering free telephone consultations to anyone who wishes to seek advice but does not wish to come or is unable to attend.

5- For patients who might be medically compromised or vulnerable to contracting illnesses, we will aim to limit any procedures that might create a burden on their immune systems such as extensive implant or oral surgery.

Needless to say, if you have flu-like symptoms, a temperature over 38.5 degrees celsius, a persistent cough or shortness of breath, please contact 111 and do not attend the surgery.

We will update you with any development as they arise. More information is available HERE

We hope you all keep well and want to reassure you that we will do all we can to help and keep you safe.

Kindest Regards

Regency House Dental Clinic Team
